In the app

Open the app, go to Profile, then Delete account, and confirm.

In-app deletion is coming in an update before public release. Until then, please use the email option below.

By email

If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] from the email address you use in the app, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your plan answers and targets
• All your meals, meal photos and food details
• Your scan records

Copies in backups are deleted when those backups expire. We may keep a record that a deletion request was made.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
